Credits are not the same as access
At zero credits:
- New AI-powered actions pause.
- No automatic overage or plan change.
- Existing traces, findings, recommendations, evaluations, profiles, and reports remain readable.
- Knowledge Base, supported connectors, and Guardrails remain available according to the plan.

Pricing questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. Free includes 100 credits at the start of each monthly cycle and access to the complete core PRISM experience.
Is Free only a demo?
No. You can connect a real AI app, inspect traces and sessions, use Agent Intelligence, run AI analysis with credits, review remediation recommendations, and use the Knowledge Base and supported connectors.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New AI-powered actions pause. Existing data and results stay readable. There is no automatic overage or plan change.
Do monthly credits roll over?
No. Monthly plan credits reset. Purchased credits are separate and remain until used.
Do failed jobs use credits?
No. Failed PRISM AI jobs release the reserved credits.
What is the difference between Free and Builder?
Builder adds more credits, Guardrails, the Evaluators Hub, more capacity, longer retention, and priority activation support.
Are connectors locked behind paid plans?
No. Every supported connector is available across all plans. Paid plans may add capacity, retention, custom configuration, or implementation help.
Can I buy extra credits without changing plans?
The planned minimum top-up is 100 credits for $10.
Is Synthetic Scenarios a paid-only feature?
No. The core capability is intended across plans and uses credits. It is labeled Beta and exact limits depend on the current release.
Does Enterprise include every listed capability automatically?
No. Enterprise capabilities are defined by the agreement and implementation plan. Availability, configuration, custom work, acceptance criteria, and delivery timing must be explicit.
Is compliance reporting included in any plan?
No. Compliance reporting is offered only as a service, on request: you tell us the framework, and the evidence mapping, human review, and deliverables are scoped before work starts. Every plan records the underlying evidence from day one, so nothing is lost while you decide.
